The answering service will take your contact information and immediately contact one of our three on-call personnel. You will be contacted, typically, within 15 minutes. Please be sure to leave all of your contact information with the answering service. We need your phone, cell phone, pager, etc. We sometimes experience trouble getting past the switchboard when it is not your normal working hours. The JHF employee that contacts you has full access to our facility and knows how to get the product on its way to you regardless of the hour. The fee to have an employee open the facility after hours is $75.00. If you require an after hours service call for an air compressor or hydraulic system, the minimum costs are as follows:
