Submit the “Request Repair RMA” form below to receive a confirmation email with an RMA Number.

Send Your Items

Send your tools and/or equipment to be repaired with the RMA number issued in the confirmation email you receive.

Step 3

JHF Evaluation

Once we receive the returned items and our certified technicians evaluate the equipment, we will issue a quote to repair and/or replace the equipment.

Step 1

Certified Repair

When we receive a PO (to complete the work), parts are ordered, the equipment is repaired and an invoice is emailed to the address provided on the Repair Service Form (or PO instructions).

Step 2

JHF Returns Items

John Henry Foster will verify payment (where necessary) and return the equipment to the address provided.
