Freelin-Wade Vinyl Hose

CLEAR-LINE HP™ vinyl hose is reinforced with an open weave innerbraid for increased working pressures up to 250 PSI. The smooth bore, full flow ID dimensions are sized to fit standard commercial barbed fittings.
The FDA grade compound is suitable for food and beverage dispensing. Other applications include: air lines, chemical transfer coolant lines, offset powder transfer, and water lines.
Temperature Range: –30°F to +150°F
Vacuum Rating: To 18” Hg.
Hardness: 80A Durometer

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1.  After cutting the hose end straight and clean,  insert it through the rounded end of the brass sleeve (nut). 
2.  Press the barbed end of the fitting into the end of  the hose until it seats against the thread base.
3.  Slide the brass sleeve (nut) over the barbed connection and thread it onto the fitting. The installation is completed by tightening the sleeve with the appropriate sized open end wrench until  it securely meets the fitting body.
