Desktop Support Technician in St. Louis, Missouri

We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Desktop Support Technician to join our team!

    Job Description
  • Provide first contact point via email and telephone for all internal system/technology problems
  • Provide first contact point support for Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP application
  • Maintain information on open incidents and regularly communicate status to all affected parties
  • Provide support/maintenance for existing John Henry Foster applications
  • Deploy and configure new computers, tablets, and phones as needed
  • Install new applications/software or reinstall existing applications/software on computers, tablets, and phones as needed
  • Complete all project and maintenance related tasks on time as assigned by management
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
    What we look for:
  • Associates degree in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or helpdesk ticketing system (Spiceworks or Track-It) is a plus
  • Excellent customer service, time management, and multi-tasking skills
