Modular Sandwich Valves
Modular sandwich valves are used in hydraulic systems to
create compact, stackable valve assemblies that can be easily customized and
expanded without complex piping. Each valve performs a specific function—such
as pressure control, flow control, or directional control—and is designed to be
stacked between a subplate and a directional valve using standard mounting
patterns.
These valves simplify system design by allowing functions to
be added or changed without altering the base manifold or rerouting hoses. They
save space, reduce installation time, and make maintenance easier, since
individual layers can be replaced without disassembling the entire system.
Modular sandwich valves are commonly used in industrial
automation, machine tools, and mobile hydraulics where flexibility, compact
design, and ease of service are essential.
