Norgren Pilot and Precision Regulators

- Relief feature allows reduction of downstream pressure when the system is dead-ended.
- Constant bleed feature provides maximum sensitivity to system changes.
- 11-018 regulators provide precision regulation by use of an integral pilot valve to control the main valve – a small change in the pilot valve position results in a large change in the main valve position.
- R38, R40, and R41 precision regulators feature high diaphragm-to-valve area ratio.
- R40 and R41 are equipped with a nonrising adjustment knob. Mounting holes allow direct mounting to a subbase.
- Stainless Steel R38 units available.
- Install five-micron particulate filter upstream to protect orifice.
- 1/4 Ported Models Without Gauge

** Flow capacity at 100 psig (6.9 bar) inlet pressure and 20 psig outlet pressure (10 psig outlet pressure for the 11-018-146).

*** Change in outlet pressure when system conditions change and then return to the original condition (i.e. system pressure turned off and on: flow increases and then returns to the original flow).
