7000 Series Ermeto Steel Fittings

Temperature Range: –65°F to +400°F at maximum operating pressures. Has been used at 800°F and 1000 psi to 4000 psi depending on tube size. Stainless steel has been used at +1000°F and 2000 psi. Material: Carbon Steel – AISI/SAE 12L14 Plating – Weathercote® Stainless Steel – Bodies and nuts: type 316. Sleeves: 17-4PH. Used With: Aluminum, hard or half copper, steel, stainless steel, monel, titanium and extra heavy wall tubing that cannot be flared. Advantages: An excellent high pressure fitting — NO TUBE FLARING.
