Start Up Checklist

Thank you for your recent purchase of compressed air equipment from John Henry Foster. To ensure you have the best possible experience with your new compressed air equipment, JHF would like to schedule a factory ceritfied start up. While on site the technician will verify proper installation and complete an inspection checklist to benchmark all site conditions and operational parameters. Additionally JHF can provide informal, basic operator and maintenance training to personnel immediately available.

  • To ensure a trouble-free start-up please provide the following information so that the JHF technician can be fully prepared to come on site:

  • The purpose of this notification form is to ensure a mutual understanding of a customer’s readiness for start-up and to coordinate start-up service. If any of these items are not completed and a return visit is required, you may be responsible for the additional trip.
